Roy's People: Hand painted miniature figure, ladder & fabric sign Mark Beattie: love knot made from aluminium wire
A Valentine's Day special. Treat a loved one this year with the gift of art.
Why Collaborate? I first met Roy when we were both showing at The Other Art Fair years ago and I've been admiring his work ever since. During the first lockdown Roy and I both took part in the V.Art Show which was a virtual Zoom art fair ran by artists Frixx and Matt Jukes so his work was fresh in my mind. Once I had the idea of the love knot in a box frame my mind instantly jumped to Roy's People interacting with the knot in some way. I'm pleased he agreed to collaborate and I'm even happier with the outcome!
